Damaged Merchandise upon Receipt
All shipments originating from Bestledz are inspected properly packaged before leaving the warehouse. If you receive an order with damaged package or judge that the state of the packaging is unacceptable, you need to advise the delivery person immediately, before signing for the package. Immediately contact the shipping company to make a claim. It is their responsibility to deliver the package in the correct state. Below is the contact information for the different shipping carriers we use.
First verify the carrier used for your package by looking at your bill of sale and immediately contact them regarding the damaged shipment. They will perform an official inspection and we will receive notice.
