Return Policy
Refund:
Upon receipt of the goods, the customer has 14 days to request a refund. If the period exceeds 14 days, no refund will be made by Best Ledz. The product and its packaging must be complete and in their original condition. The product must not have been installed The customer must complete the RMA form by clicking on the following link: RMA Best Ledz’s team will then contact the customer to provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the merchandise to the Best Ledz warehouse. The refund will be made by the method of payment used for the purchase once the team can confirm that all conditions have been met upon receipt of the product at the warehouse. All delivery fees, including those paid when purchasing the product, are non-refundable. In the event that delivery was free at the time of purchase, a fee will be retained for the refund. Restocking fees could be applied on some products when returned.
This policy does not apply to special orders , custom made products, clearance and final sales products.
Exchange:
Upon receipt of the merchandise, the customer has 30 days to request a product exchange. If the delay exceeds 30 days, no exchange will be possible. The product and its packaging must be complete and in their original condition. The product must not have been installed. The value of the substitute product must be greater than or equal to that of the original product. The customer will be responsible for the difference if the substitute product has a higher value. The customer must fill out the RMA form by clicking on the following link: RMA Best Ledz’s team will then contact the customer to provide return instructions. Once the team has confirmed the return, the customer can proceed with the purchase of the new item. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to Best Ledz's warehouse. The refund of the exchanged product will be made by the method of payment used for the purchase once the team can confirm that all conditions have been met upon receipt of the product at the warehouse. All delivery fees, including those paid when purchasing the product, are non-refundable. In the event that shipping was free with the initial purchase of the product, a fee will be withheld from the refund.

Defective or damaged product:
Upon receipt of the merchandise, the customer has 14 days to claim a defective product. The manufacturer's warranty always applies on the products, this warranty can vary between 1 and 10 years, depending on the manufacturer. The customer must fill out the RMA form by clicking on the following link: RMA Pictures of the product can be requested from the customer. A replacement part or item for the same model only will then be sent to the customer. Best Ledz is not responsible for any damage the customer may have suffered as a result of a damaged or defective product.
This policy may be subject to exceptions caused by conditions imposed by the manufacturers.
If, upon receipt, the product box is visibly damaged, the customer must notify Bestledz within 48 hours of receipt in accordance with the regulations imposed by the delivery services.
Price error:
In the presence of a price error in the display of products sold by Lumenco, the company gives itself the will not to be bound and therefore has the freedom to cancel the order placed at the price mistakenly displayed on the website.
Price Adjustments:
If an item you purchased goes on sale or there is a promotion ongoing on the website, you can redeem the price difference under certain conditions if your order was placed within 7 days of the promotion going live. The price difference can be applied as a store credit only. Some conditions apply. Please contact Lumenco customer service for more information.
